  • ONLINE at awc.org. For the fastest service, place your order online. We will send you an e-mail order confirmation acknowledging receipt of your on-line order. (Please note non-Internet orders may require an additional week to process.)

How do I pay for my order?

  • Credit Card – We strongly encourage you to pay by credit card – MasterCard, VISA, Discover or American Express.
  • Check – Orders paid by check must be mailed with a completed order form and a check made payable to AWC (in U.S. funds only, and drafted on a U.S. bank). Mail the information to AWC Orders, P.O. Box 1020, Sewickley, PA 15143-1020.

Is this web store secure so I can provide my credit card payment information?

Yes. You will be connected to our secure servers during the ordering process when your payment information is requested. For your protection, all communication through our web store is encrypted via SSL (Secure Socket Layer). All payments are processed in accordance with current best-practices as outlined by both VISA and MasterCard. We do not store your credit card information in our server.

Do you offer member discounts?

AWC members are entitled to 1 copy of each publication at a reduced member rate per calendar year. All other orders for the same item will be charged at a discounted non-member rate.

How are orders shipped?
×
  • Orders sent within the United States are normally shipped via standard ground traceable service when a physical shipping address has been provided. A physical (non-PO box) shipping address is required because ground traceable services do not deliver to PO boxes.
  • APO and FPO orders and orders sent to U.S. territories, and PO boxes normally are sent via U.S. Postal Service.
  • Orders shipped outside the 48-contiguous U.S. states are sent via air and can take up to 6 weeks for delivery.
    • You must provide a contact telephone number.
    • All customs duties and fees for international shipments are the full responsibility of the purchaser. These are not “shipping and handling charges,” but fees assessed by the customs services of the countries to which the goods are shipped. AWC has no control over these charges and is not responsible for payment.
When will my order arrive?

Normal order processing and delivery time is 5 to 7 business days following order receipt. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska may take 5 to 10 business days to arrive.

Can I get my order faster?

Yes. Rush shipping services are available upon request at an additional charge. Rush orders may be shipped via traceable next day, 2nd day, and 3rd day service.

 

Rush orders placed by 12:30 PM Eastern Time on a business day will be processed and shipped the same day. Rush orders placed after 12:30 PM Eastern Time on a business day will be processed and shipped no later than the next business day following receipt.

What are the shipping charges?

What is your return policy?

  • We guarantee you will be satisfied with any hardcopy AWC resource you order. Therefore, you may return undamaged items in resalable condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or credit of the purchase price, less shipping and handling.
    • A 10% restocking fee will be charged.
  • Return shipping charges are your responsibility. AWC cannot accept COD returns.
  • Downloadable electronic documents are non-refundable.
  • To receive proper and timely credit for your return:
    • Enclose a copy of the packing slip you received with your original shipment.
    • State the reason for your return.
    • Wrap your package securely and return via traceable means, or via insured Parcel Post, to:

No return authorization is necessary.

How do I retrieve my orders if I checked out as guest?

Go to Past Orders Retrieval page, where you’ll be prompted to input the email address you used to checkout.

If you have an order history, you’ll receive an email with a link to your order history page. Please note that this link is only valid for 2 hours. To request a new link, you can input your email address in the Past Orders Retrieval page again.
