Description
This Redline version of the 2024 Wood Frame Construction Manual (WFCM) for One- and Two-Family Dwellings is a redline comparison from the 2018 edition. This Redline publication may not include every page of the standard and is not a replacement for the 2024 WFCM. While care has been taken to ensure accuracy, this document may contain editorial errors, omissions, or formatting inconsistencies. If there are any discrepancies between this document and the officially published standard, the applicable provisions in the officially published standard shall control.
The WFCM includes design and construction provisions for connections, wall systems, floor systems, and roof systems. A range of structural elements are covered, including sawn lumber, structural glued laminated timber, wood structural sheathing, I-joists, and trusses.
The Redline is only available for purchase with the 2024 WFCM.
